HPMT is a community interest company. It is designed to offer a platform where healthcare professionals can freely share their achievements and successes to empower others to do the same.

HPMT is a community interest company (CIC), registered with Companies House – company number: 1309 7729.
HPMT is also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – registration number: ZB629491
Is HPMT a profitable company?
HPMT is a non-profit organisation. All raised funds will be used to promote the wellbeing of healthcare professionals in various ways.
Is HPMT in association with any political or religious organisations?
HPMT is not affiliated with any political or religious organisations and does not stand to support or promote any such kind. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and choices but this is not the platform to promote any opinions that might offend or exclude others.
I have a problem with my manager or colleagues at work: can I use this platform to air my complaints?
HPMT is not a medium to raise work complaints or to create conflict with your employers/managers/colleagues etc. We suggest you raise such matters with your company’s HR department who hopefully will be able to assist you.
I recently qualified as a healthcare professional: can I share my inspirations to develop others?
Every healthcare professional with a potential story to motivate others is welcome to share. We do not discriminate between individuals according to their length of service in the healthcare sector.
I have a lot of ideas for motivational articles to share with others: can I send them every month, or week?
You are welcome to send articles as frequently as you like, though to give other contributors a fair opportunity to be published and nominated, we will try to award the £100 prize to different writers, as often as possible.
